Exchange Policy
An exchange is available only in the following cases:
- The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging, including any protective cellophane, seals, or labels (where applicable).
- The product was received damaged or broken due to transportation.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased under promotions due to their nearing expiry date.
- Opened or used products.
- Products for which any issue is reported more than 15 days after delivery.
